NOTE: All initial assessment appointments are marked ‘Contact to Book’ as we need to gather more information about your injury to book your appointment with the appropriate therapist and level of urgency.

IF YOU HAVE NOT BEEN TO THE CLINIC IN MORE THAN 3 MONTHS OR HAVE A NEW INJURY, we will need you book in for an initial assessment time spot so your therapist has enough time to properly re-evaluate your injury. PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US so we can help properly schedule your appointment.

In-Clinic Treatment Policies: 1. If you’re feeling unwell or sick, regardless of severity of symptoms (even if it is a minor cold), please cancel your appointment and reschedule to a later date. There is no late cancellation fee due to illness. 2. You’ll be asked to wash your hands with soap & water for 20 secs prior to your treatment. 3. Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment. 4. We ask that you come to your appointment alone if possible or just essential support to reduce the number of people in the clinic. 5. We can direct bill most extended benefit plans. For any balances, we request all patients pay by credit, debit or e-transfer. In a pinch, we can accept cash but we’re unable to provide change. We can apply any credit to your account for your next visit.
